Hawthorn Releases Soon

THREE MORE DAYS!

I'm so excited and nervous all at once. After waiting days and days, my Proof copy finally arrived in the mail and it is so beautiful. I was anticipating a lot of issues considering how often Createspace kept yelling at me to fix things, however it looks beautiful and the interior images are everything I'd hoped for. (Take a look for yourselves...)

Chrissy really has outdone herself with the cover and galley. I'm so pleased. Of course, with working on Book 5 for NaNoWriMo, I haven't hyped it as much as I should have. Alas, I'll have to hope my excitement is as contagious as this cold I got hit with. On the plus side, I did hit over 50k words in Avens already.

Okay, so a couple more pictures and then we'll get into the Goodreads Giveaway I have planned for the release day!

So back to that giveaway I was discussing... For all of my releases I like to do giveaways for all of the previous books in the series. These always occur on Goodreads because the process for them is so much simpler, and the exposure is so much larger than a FB giveaway or a page-hosted giveaway.

This means, of course, that starting on November 30, 2017 and lasting through December 9, 2017 there will be giveaways for one copy each of Ivy, Oleander, and Valerian. If you all remember, it was December 9, 2016 that Valerian was released, so it has been almost a year exactly since I last published a book. As we're going into the holiday season, I'm just happy to be able to celebrate this next step in my author journey.

A more official post announcing the giveaway and providing links will appear with the official Hawthorn Release Day post, but I was too excited not to mention things beforehand. Also, I really wanted to show off my pictures of my copy. Wait until ya'll see Hawthorn next to books 1-3. Oh wait, there's a picture for that too...
